About the Role
As an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN), you will:

Provide care and treatment for associates with work-related injuries or illnesses.

Manage workers’ compensation cases from start to finish.

Partner with leadership on safety and wellness initiatives.

Review and log incident reports and coordinate healthcare services.
-
Maintain communication with medical providers, insurance carriers, and internal partners.
What We’re Looking For
-
Education: BS in Nursing preferred (LPNs considered with relevant experience).

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Occupational Health, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens (required).

Skills: Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and workers’ comp law.

Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Availability: Flexibility to be on-call for remote consultations.
