About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing food & beverage team

Ensure exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful service and attention to detail

Oversee day-to-day F&B operations to maintain SH’s brand standards

Collaborate across departments to elevate service delivery and resolve challenges

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture

Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving financial goals
About You

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a food & beverage leadership role

Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service excellence

Proven ability to engage guests and build high-performing teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospitality environment

A degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus

Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 per year
